Community spirit was well and truly on display this weekend, with Gatley, Bramhall, and Heald Green all holding their community festivals! I had a fantastic time exploring what each festival had to offer, and it was great to speak to so many local residents and hear about what makes our area as a whole such a wonderful place to live. My thanks go out to everyone involved in organising these brilliant events and I look forward to supporting them again in the future.

As a big supporter of local green spaces and the public health benefits they bring to communities, I was pleased to have the chance at 'GatFest' to speak with the Gatley Carrs Conservation Group, about the village's "hidden gem." I'm 100% behind them in ensuring this area is protected for future generations to enjoy and benefit from.
