I was delighted to have the chance to speak at one of Lady Barn House School's 'Inspirational Speaker' assemblies, about life before Parliament and my role as an MP. It's always interesting to hear from pupils about the things they care about and to answer their questions. I also met the school council, who have made a difference by getting a new starter guide introduced for new pupils who need to find their way around and make friends.
