It was a privilege to host St Mungo's Parliamentary reception on Wednesday 29th November. 

St Mungo's plays a vital role in raising awareness of issues surrounding homelessness, and I was pleased that we got to hear from CEO Howard Sinclair, and clients of St Mungo's about how the charity has helped them through difficult times.

We also heard from Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Sajid Javid, who recently announced a new Advisory Panel to help develop our national strategy to halve rough sleeping by 2022 and eliminate it altogether by 2027.
